What you can expect as a member of the Talamasca:
- Gear: Because loot is based primarily on an EPGP system, active members who help with runs and raids will get gear.
- Support: In general, we will expect you to be responsible for your own gear and take care of it; but we do have resources available to help you
- Fun: We aim to have fun; that's what the game is all about, isn't it?
The Talamasca expects the following of its members:
- Basic manners
- The ability to listen and follow directions, as well as be an active contributor where appropriate
- Knowledge of your class and ability with same. We don't expect that you will always blow the meters away, but we do expect that you will try your best and do what is asked of you
- Come to raids prepared: This means that all your raiding gear is repaired, gemmed, and enchanted, and you have consumables (potions, elixirs, food, ammo, soul shards, etc) as appropriate for your class and role.
- Research raid encounters before we do them. This means watching videos, checking WoWwiki; be sure you know what your role is for the fight, and if you don't understand something, ask!
- An IQ above that of a sea snail
- Above all else, Respect each other.
