This will serve as the list of required addons and software that you must have in order to raid with us.
Everyone
Ventrilo (aka Vent) http://www.ventrilo.com - voice communication has become an essential raiding tool; allowing us to coordinate raids with greater speed and efficiency than by typing. Many raids would be impossible without it. If you don't have a mic, that's okay. You must be listening in Vent in order to raid with us. No exceptions.
Omen http://www.curse.com/... - A lightweight, versatile threat meter. Everyone must have this, even healers. Again, no exceptions.
Deadly Boss Mods (DBM) http://wow.curse.com/... or BigWigs http://wow.curse.com/... - These are very very helpful for boss encounters. You must have one of these, and I don't really care which one you have. I personally use DBM.
Healers
It will probably help to familiarize yourself with a healing addon, such as Clique, Grid, Vuhdo, or HealBot. Personally I use HealBot. I'm not going to require you to use one, but I strongly recommend it. My healing sucks without it.

Paladins
PallyPower http://wow.curse.com/... - An easy unobtrusive addon that allows paladins to coordinate who is doing what blessing and aura, and monitors the raid for missing blessings and tells you how long you have until the blessings run out. It's extremely useful; all paladins must have it.

The EP/GP addon is not required, but it's kinda nifty and important for the loot system that we use. It can be downloaded from Curse here :http://wow.curse.com/... .
