Ok, so im dici, and basically need sp, crit, and mp5 for those that didnt know lol(haste helps too =P)
What reps should i look into getin up for some shoulder enchats that would help me in raiding? ty

Well, atm the best shoulder enchants are only found with Sons of Hodir in Storm Peaks. Most likely, getting the "healer" one available at honored is better than exalted with either Aldor or Scryer. The one for exalted is leaps and bounds better. There is no other way to get shoulder enchants - not even through enchanters.
If you haven't opened up the dailies (there is no tabard to wear in dungeons), there is a quest chain that you can find using Wowhead. For more information on which shoulder enchants are available through their quartermaster, I'd check Wowhead or Wowwiki.
