Check out this link. Some people are developing a web browser that works while in full screen games. WoW is supported and so is Vista.
There's a couple other browsers like this out there, but this is the only one I found (besides the Steam client) that works on Vista. Rogue seems to run slower than normal browsers out of game, and I haven't tested it ingame because I haven't logged on in about 5 days.
So, try it out, and if you run XP and don't like Rogue, you should be able to find different ingame browsers through Google. I figured this is worth a try and that I would share it with others. Hopefully it'll help by eliminating the need to alt-tab.
