Iron Council with Runemaster Molgeim last will be one of the next achievements we go for. The ability that Molgeim gains has him summoning Lightning Elementals out of a purple void zone on the ground. In order to quickly deal with these, we'll have a few people dropping channeled AOE (Blizzard, Hurricane, Death and Decay, Rain of Fire, Volley, etc) on the area.
This video ( http://www.youtube.com/... ) depicts a guild downing Iron Council this way. There are a couple of good shots of what the Void Zone looks like. It's very similar in appearance to the Shadow Fissures in the Kel'Thuzad fight. In particular, see: 6:26, 6:48, 7:14, 7:49, 8:40, 9:06, and 9:30. Note that Molgeim does a casting animation before each void zone, and note that anyone near it moves away quickly, while AoE classes focus solely on the area. Since he summons the adds every 20 seconds, AOErs will be doing very little damage to the boss himself. As always, DPS should stand in the blue Rune of Power whenever possible, and everyone must avoid the big green Rune of Death.
We can definitely get this done.
