I recently redid my paladin UI, and thought I'd share.
The UI itself. I don't go for fancy graphics much, but I wanted something cleaner, with easy access to things I needed and information I wanted. The hotkeys on the left near my chat box (http://wow.curse.com/...) are set to 1-6 for the top row, and both 7-= and shift1-6 for the bottom row. The right hand side (bars changed with http://wow.curse.com/...) are set to control-1-6.
The two lower buttons on the sphere mod (http://wow.curse.com/...) I set as radial menus. With a click they open out, auras/blessings on one side, and for now hand of prot/sacrifice/salvation/freedom and random junk on the other side. Click again and they close.
An example of the rest of the buttons on the sphere mod, all of the others are set to similar left click/right click self-cast spells, except the bottom two, which are eat highest food/drink highest drink in bag, and use highest pot/mana pot respectively.
The small button over the right hand set of hotkeys is a detached button from the sphere mod set to mount/flying mount/hearthstone.
My tooltip mod (http://wow.curse.com/...) anchors the tooltip to the right of the sphere, because I got annoyed with it in the bottom right corner where I keep my Omen.
The small bar over my left hand hotkeys is the Seal Bar addon (http://wow.curse.com/...). Using Bartender4 I could have simply made a new bar, shrunk it down and set my seals to it, but if it ain't broke, why fix it?
the minimap mod I'm using is http://wow.curse.com/....
So far I've yet to be happy with any changes I've made using raid frame/target frame mods so currently using the basic frames. Healbot for healing/cleansing, pallypower, etc.
