So guys, right now we raid on sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7-11pm ser. Do these times work for you or do you think we should come up with new times? What hours work for you?
So yeah: do you want to start raid later? Perhaps raid longer each night but only raid 3 days? Do you want to raid on different nights than the ones we do right now? SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Post your ideas about what we should do for raiding here, and I'll look over them and come up with a good solution for us all  .

My raiding "availibility" is somewhat sporadic, so as for what days, other than i like having friday and saturday to save for hanging out with ppl in town, the days dont really affect me much. So any day is fine.
Times, i like 7-11 fine, 7:30-11:30 is nice too and i could live with that if not like it better, much later than that and i run into parentla issues since my PC is in a common area of the house and not in like my room where i could click away silenghtly all night.

ok time change hummmm.......no!! alls fine just need to incorperate like 50 more new members!! lol we cans have 2 raids happening then ;p
want advice on how that works ?>i was in a guild like that ...and the way to do it is.
, need to find a 2cd raid leader that will be as dedicated to his raid as you and ennzo are >>thats is all ;p
i know you dont have that as interest just throwing it out there ;p
we had red raiders and blue raiders red was BT and blue was not geared enough >to gear up all good bye ....lol

Not too concerned with the times atm. 7-11 seems to work best for everyone. Although I wouldnt be opposed to starting later and ending later. My schedule is pretty all over the place sometimes.. however I would not be opposed to maybe changing the focus of our off raid nights. Putting together 10 mans would be a great way to experience UD and than having multiple 10 man grps throughout the week would hopefully have everyone more aware of the complexity of some of the fights. I realize there is a definite role filling problem at times but on scheduled raid nights where we dont have enough people to fill spots a ten man or two would definetly fill the void. Maybe even a bit of ep? hmmm...

Seems like most of the people posting on this thread are fine with raiding times the way they are. Of course, only 3 guild members have posted so far.
As for me, I am fine with raiding any day of the week, with the exception that I sometimes have to work the night shift (7 pm to 7 am) and cannot raid then. When I am working day shift, I get off at 7, which puts me at home in time to raid. And it's nice to be able to get off at around 11 so I have a semi-decent night's sleep  When I'm not working, I'm fine with playing all night.
